April 14, 2021

“Regardless of what type of program you manage, Nursing or Allied Health, paper for recordkeeping in a clinical environment is basically useless. Stop placing value in paper. It can be compromised – very easily. Paper can be lost, it can be damaged.

Trajecsys Stands Ready to Support You During COVID-19 Pandemic

April 20, 2020

It's a challenging time, but it's been great to hear from so many clients who are able to remotely (and safely) track students’ clinical education because they have Trajecsys. We are thrilled to be able to provide the support our clients need at this difficult time.

Here is a testimonial from one of our clients:

“This week has been a whirlwind, BUT thanks to Trajecsys each night our MLS program was able to access a real-time count of the students’ competencies. Each day, clinical instructors at our affiliated laboratories entered students’ competencies into Trajecsys. This allowed the MLS faculty to shift students into the appropriate departments to complete remaining competencies needed for entry level. If our MLS program was not paperless for our competencies, evaluations, and clock in/out process, the MLS faculty would be in the dark!! I am thankful for Trajecsys!!!” Jessica Lasiter, MHIM, MLS (ASCP)

“While everyone is affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, I want to let you know that Trajecsys remains open and focused on maintaining our workforce and keeping up our level of customer support for our customers during this tough time,” assures Brian S. Bright, M.Ed., CEO, Trajecsys Corporation. “Trajecsys is equipped to maintain our high-quality customer service you have come to expect from us.” We encourage you to contact your customer support representative or through our website, so we can assist you in any way.

SUPPORT AGREEMENT WITH COARC

Trajecsys, a leading provider of online and mobile-friendly clinical recordkeeping solutions for Allied Health and Nursing programs, is pleased to announce its newly formed relationship with the Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC), the accrediting body for professional practice programs in respiratory care at the Associate, Baccalaureate, and Master’s degree level in the United States and its territories.

The Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC) accredits entry into professional practice programs in respiratory care at the Associate, Baccalaureate, and Master’s Degree level in the United States and its territories. The CoARC also accredits polysomnography programs offered by professional respiratory care degree programs in the United States. CoARC’s mission is to ensure that high quality educational programs prepare competent respiratory therapists for practice, education, research, and service. As part of this newly forged relationship, Trajecsys will be the supporting sponsor of CoARC’s Annual Distinguished RRT Credentialing Success Awards reception preceding the 2017 AARC (American Association for Respiratory Care) Summer Forum to be held in Tucson, AZ, June 25–27, 2017. “We are pleased to have this opportunity to support CoARC, especially during the AARC Summer Forums,” remarked Trajecsys CEO, Brian Bright. “Given that we currently work with a large number of respiratory care programs across the country, it is a perfect fit. We are looking forward to a long, productive relationship with CoARC, and this relationship will further our ability to support the respiratory care education community as a whole.”

“The CoARC Awards Ceremony held at the AARC Summer Forum is our premier event for publicly acknowledging programs and educators that continue to promote excellence in the provision of respiratory care through education of future respiratory therapists,” remarked CoARC President Brad Leidich. “We are fortunate to have industry leaders such as Trajecsys support our continued efforts to recognize individuals and programs whose exemplary performances help advance high quality respiratory care education.” You can read the press release in full by viewing this article.

TRAJECSYS CEO ACCEPTS AWARD

CEO Brian Bright accepted Strategic Partnership recognition from the Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonography at the 2015 national convention in Louisville, KY. Trajecsys is currently its sole strategic partner.

"The SDMS is pleased to be working with the Trajecsys Report System to help sonography programs achieve their goal of accreditation."

We're Growing

Over 150 programs have joined our online community since last year, and we're growing more rapidly than ever.

The Trajecsys Report System hosts dozens of modalities, including radiography, nursing, sonography, radiation therapy, respiratory therapy, nuclear medicine technology, surgical technology, physical and speech therapy assistants, and many others. If you have students who go somewhere to learn something - then we can provide what's needed to evaluate and monitor progress - using a program's existing reporting and assessment frameworks!

New!

We've got lots of new features that were introduced recently as well as a pipeline of new features based mostly on requests and ideas from our user community. Recently we created a way for students to know when an evaluation had been completed on them and to provide a way to show faculty when a student had reviewed the submission.

We've also created a way to include unlimited report fields for student logsheets, so each program can get the exact information needed from student reporting of clinical activities.

We've added new features to our scheduling system this year, including a student option to select favorite sites for consideration by faculty when making clinical assignments, and a way to rapidly change assigned days.

We've added a draft system to prevent users from losing their evaluations and comp exams. If a user leaves without saving their data, we will offer to reload that data on their next visit to that evaluation or comp exam.

We're currently working on improving website speed and ease of use for mobile devices. More features and enhancements to come soon!
