Please help us welcome our newest Trajecsys team member Dr. Jennifer Litchfield, Managing Director - Nursing Programs!
Her primary responsibilities will be to provide senior leadership and guidance to the Trajecsys team and become a company ambassador to the nursing programs for Trajecsys. She will be responsible for leading and executing the nursing programs across support, set up, training, sales, and overall client satisfaction.
Jenn comes to Trajecsys from Becker College where she was a Dean of Nursing and faculty member. Prior to Becker, Jenn worked with the Regis College of nursing program where she got the Trajecsys bug as a user.
Jenn's professional nursing experience consists of over 12 years in the clinical setting, and over 9 years in higher education. She is a published scholar, educator, columnist, nurse, and leader. She received her Doctor in Nursing Practice from Regis College in May 2018. She strives to be a positive change agent, who works closely with her team to set measurable goals, and achieve them using data driven decision.
In her prior role as the Dean of Nursing at Becker College the nursing program was acknowledged as a College of Distinction 2020-2021, Best Nursing School in Massachusetts 2020, and Top Ranked Nursing School 2019. Jenn's additional roles within higher education include Adjunct Clinical Faculty, Nursing Technology Resource Coordinator, Assessment and Outcomes Coordinator, Adjunct Simulation Lab faculty, Online Adjunct faculty, Assistant Professor, and Assistant Dean. Her various roles as a Registered Nurse include Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Neuro/Trauma/Burn Intensive Care Unit, and 10 years’ experience in the Gastroenterology acute care setting.
Jenn's scholarly interests include technology, stress, and comfort zone among students and faculty within undergraduate nursing programs. She was recognized by the Worcester Business Journal as a 40 under Forty honoree, 2020, and highlighted in an article by the National Students’ Nurse Association (NSNA).

Jenn has been a life-long resident of Shrewsbury, where she resides with her husband, 2 children, 3 dogs, and 2 cats. She is actively involved in Girl Scouts, and her children's extracurricular activities.
